CHEUNG KONG INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDINGSCKI, headquartered in Hong Kong, is a diversified infrastructure company with a focus in the development, investment and operation of infrastructure businesses in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Philippines and other countries.

CKI is one of the largest investors in China's infrastructure sector, and our major subsidiaries and associated companies include Green Island Cement, Hong Kong's only integrated cement producer; Alliance Construction Materials, one of Hong Kong's leading producers of concrete and aggregates; and Hongkong Electric, one of Hong Kong's two power producers and distributors. In Australia, together with Hongkong Electric, CKI is the largest electricity distributor serving over 1.6 million customers in South Australia and Victoria. In 2002, the winning of the tender for the Sydney Cross City Tunnel project also signifies the Group's first step in expanding its transportation portfolio beyond Hong Kong and Mainland China. In 2004, the company made its first foray into water assets in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of 100% interest in Cambridge Water in South Cambridgeshire.
