Its subsidiaries (the Company and its subsidiaries are hereafter referred to as the "Group"), non-consolidated subsidiaries, associated companies and a jointly controlled entity are principally engaged in an integrated range of activities relating to the manufacture, assembly and trading of motor vehicles, the manufacture of motor vehicle related electrical equipment and parts in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC"), and the manufacture and trading of audio equipment in Hong Kong.
